When the request includes technical scope, the UFELE Application Engineering Team compares those details with the available product file, including any annex page that lists model names. Unclear model names, incomplete ratings, or conflicting labels remain open until the buyer or our team resolves them.
We do not recommend using a cropped certificate image as the final basis for import, tender submission, or registration. The full copy should show enough information to check the certificate holder, issuer or laboratory, document number, standard, model scope, issue status, and relevant rating. The buyer must then confirm whether the destination market or project accepts it.

Solar Pump Inverter Rating Check
A buyer may request an inverter certificate before choosing the final power rating. We first identify the product series, input and output voltage, rated power, enclosure, and destination. We then compare that selection with the model and rating scope shown in the available file. If the order later changes from an indoor to an IP65 version, the check starts again.
Private Label Model Name Check
A distributor may use its own label and model code while the technical file uses the manufacturer’s model. The order file should keep a controlled cross-reference between both names. The buyer must also confirm whether the document holder and brand arrangement support the intended market use. Artwork approval alone does not extend a certificate scope.
