Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using ufele.com, you agree to these Terms. If you use the website for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization in relation to the website use. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
These Terms apply to website access, published content, downloads and inquiry functions. Separate written terms may apply to quotations, samples, orders, distribution arrangements, OEM work, warranties, payment, delivery and after-sales service. If a signed agreement or accepted order document conflicts with these Terms on a commercial matter, that specific agreement or document controls that matter.
Website Operator
ufele.com is operated by UsFull Electric Co., Ltd. under the UFELE Electric brand. The company is based in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China. The website presents products and support for solar pumping, motor control, PV protection, low-voltage applications, distributor supply and OEM requirements.
Company and brand details are explained on the About UFELE page. Buyers conducting supplier approval should verify the current legal company documents, bank beneficiary, product responsibility and order records before payment.
Website Scope and Availability
The website provides general company, product, application, quality, certificate, download and contact information. We may add, revise, suspend or remove website content or functions without guaranteeing continuous availability. Maintenance, hosting faults, network conditions, security events or circumstances outside our reasonable control may interrupt access.
Website availability does not mean that every model, rating, accessory, certificate, color, package or customization option is currently available in every market. Contact UFELE for the current product range and order conditions.
Product and Technical Information
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate. However, product designs, software, components, dimensions, ratings, functions, standards, packaging and availability may change. Photos may show a representative product, option, installation example or earlier version. Colors and proportions can also vary by screen and production batch.
Do not select, purchase, install or operate electrical equipment only from a marketing page, blog article, glossary definition or FAQ answer. Confirm the exact model and current controlled documents. A complete check may include rated voltage, current, power, frequency, duty, overload requirement, breaking capacity, polarity, enclosure rating, ambient temperature, altitude, cable arrangement, protective coordination, destination standard and installation method.
The technical glossary and product FAQs explain common concepts, but they do not replace project engineering or the current product datasheet.
Inquiries, Quotations and Orders
Inquiries
Sending an inquiry does not require UFELE to accept an order or reserve stock. We may request more information before quotation, especially when ratings, application conditions, quantities, destination requirements or customization details are incomplete.
Quotations
A quotation is valid only for the period, products, quantities, currency, trade terms and assumptions stated in that quotation. Unless the quotation says otherwise, freight, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, local certification, installation and commissioning are not automatically included. Prices and availability may change after the validity period.
Order acceptance
An order becomes binding only when accepted according to the applicable quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract, purchase-order acknowledgment or other agreed process. UFELE may reject or pause an order when information is inconsistent, payment or compliance checks are incomplete, requested specifications are unsafe or impractical, or performance would violate applicable law.
Order file control
The parties should confirm the model, ratings, quantity, unit price, currency, Incoterm where used, payment terms, lead time, packing, marks, documents, inspection, warranty and agreed customization in the controlled order file. Later emails or files change an accepted order only when authorized parties clearly approve the revision.
Samples, Approval and Production Variation
A sample supports review but does not automatically approve every feature of future production. The buyer should record which sample attributes are approved, such as function, material, color, label, manual, carton, accessories and performance checks. Reasonable production tolerances and controlled component changes may apply unless a written specification states otherwise.
If a sample or document is supplied for evaluation, it must be tested under suitable conditions by qualified personnel. A sample result from one application does not guarantee identical performance in a different grid, motor, pump, PV array, cabinet, climate, altitude or protection system.
Certificates, Standards and Market Compliance
A certificate, declaration, test report or standard reference must be checked against the exact legal entity, manufacturer, model, rating, edition, scope and destination-market requirement. A document shown on the website does not prove that it covers every catalog item or every country.
Buyers and importers remain responsible for identifying destination-country requirements, including registration, labeling, language, energy, radio, safety, environmental, customs, tax and importer obligations. UFELE will provide the document scope agreed for the order, but it does not act as the buyer’s local legal adviser, importer of record or certification authority unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Review the certificate and document guidance and the quality-control process before approving a model for import.
Payment, Delivery, Inspection and Warranty
Payment method, bank beneficiary, deposit, balance, currency, shipping term, delivery estimate, inspection, risk transfer, title, warranty period, remedy and claim procedure must be stated in the applicable commercial documents. Website content does not create a default payment or warranty promise.
Delivery dates are estimates unless a signed agreement clearly states otherwise. Production approval, payment timing, customization, document review, inspection, carrier schedules, customs, force majeure and other external events can affect timing. Buyers should not make irreversible project or resale commitments based only on a preliminary estimate.
Inspect received goods and documents within the period stated in the order terms. Preserve cartons, labels, serial or batch information, photos, videos, test records and installation details when reporting a shortage, damage or technical issue. Do not return, alter or dispose of disputed goods before the claim route is agreed, except where immediate action is necessary for safety.
OEM, Private Label and Submitted Materials
When you submit a logo, trademark, artwork, manual, packaging design, software setting, drawing or other material, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for UFELE to review and use it for the requested project. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and market suitability of buyer-supplied content.
You grant UFELE and necessary production or service partners a limited right to copy, adapt and use submitted materials only as reasonably needed to evaluate, quote, sample, manufacture, inspect, pack, document or support the project. Ownership does not transfer merely because files are submitted. Separate tooling, development, confidentiality or exclusivity terms must be agreed in writing.
UFELE may refuse content that appears unlawful, misleading, infringing, unsafe or inconsistent with the approved product. Learn more about file control on the OEM and private-label service page.
Website Content and Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, UFELE or its licensors own the website design, text, original graphics, product presentations, downloads, logos, trademarks and other protected content. You may view, print or save reasonable extracts for internal purchasing, engineering review or supplier evaluation.
You may not republish substantial website content, remove ownership notices, copy the website into another commercial catalog, use UFELE marks to imply authorization, scrape content at a disruptive scale, or sell or license website materials without written permission. Fair quotation, lawful reference and use of approved sales materials remain subject to applicable law and any brand instructions.
Acceptable Use
You must not use the website to:
- break applicable law or infringe another person’s rights;
- send malware, malicious code, spam or deceptive requests;
- attempt unauthorized access, probing, credential abuse or security circumvention;
- interfere with website operation, hosting, forms or other users;
- submit false identity, payment, company or compliance information;
- collect personal information from the website without a lawful basis; or
- use product or technical content to support an unsafe or unlawful installation.
We may restrict or block access reasonably connected with security, misuse, legal risk or repeated disruption.
Third-Party Links and References
The website may link to standards organizations, carriers, maps, social platforms, earlier company records or other third-party sources. A link is provided for reference and does not mean that UFELE controls, guarantees or endorses every statement, service or security practice on that site. Third-party terms and privacy policies apply when you use their services.
Website Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every page is complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular project. Any product warranty must be stated in the applicable commercial documents.
Nothing on the website is legal, customs, certification, tax or site-specific engineering advice. Users must obtain professional advice appropriate to the destination market and application when needed.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UFELE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising only from website use, inability to access the website, reliance on general website content, or use of a third-party link. This includes loss of profit, business opportunity, data or expected savings.
This website limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability relating to supplied goods, an accepted order, confidentiality, intellectual property, warranty or another commercial obligation is governed by the applicable quotation, sales contract, order terms and mandatory law.
Responsibility for Your Use and Materials
You are responsible for your website use, information you submit and instructions given on behalf of your organization. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to protect UFELE from third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful website use, infringement in buyer-supplied materials, false authority, or material breach of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by UFELE’s own breach or unlawful conduct.
Governing Law and Disputes
A quotation, sales contract, purchase-order acknowledgment or distribution agreement may specify its own governing law and dispute process. That agreed clause controls disputes under that transaction.
For disputes relating only to website use and not governed by another written agreement, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable at UsFull Electric Co., Ltd.’s place of establishment in the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties should first attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith written communication. If it remains unresolved, it may be submitted to a court with competent jurisdiction at the company’s place of establishment, unless mandatory law requires another forum.
General Provisions
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. Headings support navigation and do not change the meaning of a clause.
We may update these Terms when the website, business practices or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current website version. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to later website use. Changes to an accepted order require the approval process stated in the relevant commercial documents.
